Design work encompasses a portion of my creative time in the studio.  Embodying an artistic flare or sensibility these works blend function with aesthetic and in some cases a customer’s initial request.  My design work ranges from custom furniture (chairs, tables, pedestals), home fixtures (coat racks, shelves, towel racks, etc.), stained glass works, water fountains, wall decorations and ceramic vessels.
 

Designed for All About Me, Day Spa & Salon in Towson, Maryland, this water fountain is 12’ x 9’ x 1’.  Constructed from sheet copper, slate, steel and stone, the fountain blends well with the salon’s contemporary décor, while providing a relaxing focal point for the clientele.
